Cooking Guidelines
Soak soya meat pieces in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out water. Mix sachet content with soya meat and keep 3-4 minutes. Temper garlic, curry leaves, pandan, green chilli, tomato, ginger and onion. Add soya meat and cook for 3 minutes. Add one cup of water or coconut milk and cook for 5-7 minutes add salt to taste.
