Remove Al Baker Paratha from the freezer. Do not defrost. Peel the plastic layer from both sides of the Paratha and place it on a pre-heated nonstick frying pan. Cook on medium heat (160°C) to ensure a crispier Paratha. 2. Wait for 30 seconds and turn over. Keep turning every 30 seconds until both sides are brown and it is properly cooked. 3. Serve immediately with your favourite dishes. For a tawa or an ordinary frying pan, please add a knob of butter or a spoon of ghee or oil.
