Mehran Qorma Masala 50g

1- heatoil/ghee, fry onions on high heat for 10 minutes till onions turn transparent. Then reduce the heat and fry, stir continuously until the onions turn golden. 2- Strain the oil/ghee and spread the fried onions on paper, when they cool and become crisp, crush coarsely and keep aside. 3- in the same oil/ghee , add garlic paste an ginger paste, fry for a minutes, then add meat, yogurt and Mehran Qorma Masala and 1 table spoon fried onion, stir well. cover and cook on low heat.4- when meat becomes tender and oil separates, add the onion and water and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat heat till oil comes on top.( for beef/mutton add 3-4cups of wter). to enhance the flavor add 1-2 drops of kewra flavor. serving suggestion: garmish with ginger julienne. serve with nan, taftan or sheermal. Preparation time: 50mins for chicken, 1-2hours for beef/ mutton.
