Keep Ripe Organic Lemons at a cool dry place at room temperature and out of bright sunlight. To maximize shelf life, store Lemons unwashed in the fridge to avoid moisture retention on the skins that can lead to mold and spoilage. Otherwise, wash fruit and dry it thoroughly with a cloth before storing.
