Rinse the rice before cooking and soak it for 15 minutes. Add 2 cups of water for each cup of rice into a pot. Bring the water to boil and then turn the heat to the lowest setting and keep the lid on the pot. Wait for further 15 minutes, fluff the rice and serve. Serving: Serve the cooked rice with vegetables, chicken or meat and enjoy its best authentic aroma.
