Mehran Nihari Masala 60g

In large pan heat 3/4 cup of oil/ghee, add ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Then add meat, bones and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add mehran nihari masala and continuously fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add 9-10 glasses of water, vover and cook on low heat (4-5 hours for beef and 3-4 hrs for mutton for chicken add 3-4 glasses of water and cook for 25-30 minutes until meat becomes tender. Dissolve lightly roasted wheat flour in 2 cups of water.Add as required in nihari gravi, stir continuously. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 mintues. In remaining oil/gee fry onion till they turn light golden. Add in nihari and cook for 25-30 minutes on low heat, then remove. Preparation time 5-6 hours. Serve for 6-8 persons.( 1 packet 60g).
