Dawood basha. 1/2 minced beef meat, 1/2 kg white onion, 1 litre tomato juice, 4 tablespoons of quaker oats, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, salt, cumin, one and a half cups of water, 1 tablespoon of ghee. Season onion with garlic. Fry meat coated with quaker oats and add tomato juice and quaker oats. Add water and leave it mature on low heat.
