cooking GuidelinesCaldereta Recipe(Make 10 Servings)
1 Pouch (50g) Mama Sitar's Spicy Sauce (Caldereta) Mix
1Kg (2.2Lbs) Beef Brisket (Cut Into 1 ½ “Cubes)
1 Cup(190g) Each Potatoes/ Carrots-Cut Into Serving Portions
1 Pc Bell Pepper (1 ½” Triangle Cut)
½ Cup (100g) Green Peas
¼ Cup (28g) Pitted Green Olives (Optional)
2 Cups (500ml) Water
3 Tbsp (45ml) Cooking Oil
1. Pan Fry Meat In Heated Cooking Oil Until Brown.
2. Add Water To Boil. Simmer Until Meat Is Tender. Add More Water As Needed.
3. Add Mama Sitar's Caldereta Mix. Stir. Add The Potatoes And Carrots. Simmer.
4. Lastly Add The Rest Of The Vegetables. Cook Until Done. Serve Hot With Rice.
