cooking GuidelinesAdobong Manok (makes 8 servings)
Ingredients: 1 pouch (50g) Mama Sita's Adobo Mix dissolve in: 1 cup (250ml) water, 2.2lbs (1Kg) chicken, cut into serving pieces, 2 heads (50g) garlic, crushed, 2 tbsp. (30ml) Cooking oil.
1. In a saucepan, combine chicken, half of the garlic and the dissolved Mama Sita's Adobo Mix. Cover and cook over high heat.
2. When the mixture starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer until chicken is tender and cooked through. Separate the chicken pieces from the sauce.
3. Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic until golden. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry. Pour in the sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick.
