Cooking Guidelines
CREAMY SOPAS. Ingredients: 1-3/4 cups Angel evaporated filled milk, 2tbsp. Butter or margarine, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup diced carrots, 2tsp. Minced garlic, 6 cups chicken broth, 2 cups uncooked shell macaroni, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper . Procedure: Melt butter in a sauce pot Sauté onion, celery carrots and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour in broth and allow to boil. Add macaroni and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Turn heat to low then stir in milk. Remove heat and serve immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Storage Condition
Shake well before opening. Keep refrigerated once opened.
