Cooking Guidelines

Boil 500ml of water. Add 2 small shallots (whole). Add 250g chicken breast, sliced. Bring to the boil. Add 120g mushrooms (quartered) and 2 tomatoes (sliced) simmer for a while. Add sachet of tom kha paste. Add 165ml coconut cream and 1tbsp. Fish sauce. Simmer until cooked through. Add 1tbsp. Lime juice, garnish with fresh coriander and serve in soup bowls.
