Keep it in cool dry place.
Preparation and usage
Cooking Method. 1) Gentle Boil - Bring 1 cup of rice (200g) and 6-8 cups of water to boil, stirring occassionally. Reduce heat and boil uncovered on medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Drain well and serve. 2) Covered Pan - Bring 1 cup of rice (200g) and 1/2 cups of water (375ml) to boil, stirring ocassionally. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 12-14 minutes. Remove from heat and let it stand covered for 5-10 minutes. 3) Microwave - Place 1 cup of rice (200g) and 1 1/2 cups of water in microwaveble container. Cook on medium to high in a microwave for 15 minutes. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving. Fluff with a fork.
