How to use
Preparation and usage
1. Heat oil/ghee and fry the onions for few minutes. 2. Add meat, garlic, ginger, and shan meat masala mix. Stir fry for few minutes. 3. Add tomatoes and 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. 4. Then increase heat, stir and cook until the oil/ghee seperates from the masala. Keep frying for few minutes. Then add appropriate amount of water for desired thickness of the gravy.
