  • How to use

    Preparation and usage

    Steps of cooking: 1) Heat oil/ghee, fry onions and garlic till they turn transparent. Add tomatoes and cook until they become tender. Then add Mehran Vegetable Masala and mix vegetables, fry well for 2-3 minutes. Then add half cup of wate, cover and cook till vegetables are cooked. 2) Now add green chillies and cook on low heat for further 5 minutes. Then add green coriander and remove. For best results: Heat 1tbsp oil/ghee, add whole red chillies and curry leaves. Fry for 1-2 minutes and pour on vegetables. Serving suggestion: Squeeze lemon juice on vegetable mix. Serve with Nan, Chapati or plain boiled rice. Preparation Time: 45mins, Serve for 6-7 persons

    Ingredients required: Mixed Vegetable - 500g-600g, Tomates (medium) - 3pcs (small cubes), Onions (medium) - 2pcs (coarsely chopped), Green Chili - 4-5pcs (round cut), Garlic - 1tsp (finely chopped), Green Corainder - 2tbsp (chopped), Oil/Ghee - 1/2-3/4 cup, Mehran Vegetable Masala - 1 packet - 50g.
