Preparation: mix eastern chicken fry masala with garlic paste, ginger paste, egg. Add chicken pieces and keep it for ten minutes for marinating. Deep fry chicken pieces in boiling oil till color turns to red, or tread chicken pieces onto skewers, brush butter and grill till done.(this masala can be used to regular kebab preparations).
