    Preparation Method:
    Add 250g(1 cup) basmati rice, stir well, cover and cook gently until liquid is absorbed
    Add 4tsp oil bring to boil
    Empty contents of sachet into 500ml(2+1/2) cups of cold water

    Whip up a new dish everyday
    UPSIDE DOWN KABSA
    Ingredients:
    2 sachets Knoor Kabsa Mix
    350g beef meat cubes
    1 medium eggplant sliced
    1 large zucchini sliced
    1 medium tomato sliced
    1 medium onion sliced
    4 tsp olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 cups basmati rice

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Soak rice in salted warm water for 30 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile heat oil into large pan and sauté onion, meat then leave to cook for 5 minutes
    3. Drain rice and keep aside, arrange eggplant, zucchini tomato slices alternatively on top of the meat mixture add rice pressing gently with the back of the spoon
    4. Add Knoor Kabsa and water mixture, bring rice to boil and leave to cook uncovered for 5 minutes
    5. Cover the pan and leave the rice to cook on very low heat for 30-35 minutes. Invert the pan into serving dish.
