    cooking Guidelines

    Our fragrantly charming Sri Lankan Coconut and cashew chicken
    WHAT YOU NEED:
    1Kg diced chicken, lamb, beef, seafood or vegetables, 500g/2 cups basmati rice, optional 150ml natural yoghurt
    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
    1.Seal meat or vegetables in a hot oiled sauce pan
    2.Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
    3. turn heat down to low and simmer until meat or vegetables are tender(20 mins for veg or chicken, longer for red meat)
    4. Serve with steamed basmati rice
    OUR TIP: For a truly meal cook chicken pieces legs with sauce and serve with coconut sambal(mix lime, salt, chili flakes(optional) and desiccated coconut that had been soaked in warm water.)
