    cooking Guidelines

    You will need: 275ml (1 cup 1/5 cup) water. 65ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil. 3 Eggs. Bake times: 24 cupcakes (2/3 full): (18-23)min. Two 23-cm rounds: (25-30)min. 12-cup bundt cake plan: (35-40 min). 33×23×5-cm rectangle: (30-35)min. 1) Heat oven to 180°C (350°F)-metal or glass pans. Generously grease all types of pans with shortening, margarine or butter; lightly flour. (If making cupcakes, place paper baking cups in muffin cups, or grease and flour muffin cups). 2) Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Or beat 3 minutes by hand. Pour into pan. 3) Bake as directed above or until or toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in ans. Remove from pans- except leave in rectangular pan if desired. Cool completely on wire rack.
