When storing, remove Beef Fondue in its original packaging. Wash and remove extra liquid with a paper towel and wrap it tightly with layers of plastic film and freeze at 0°F (-18°C). Do not defrost at room temperature. Store in portion sizes to avoid thawing everything altogether and refreezing. Do not store more than 2-3 weeks even if freezing technically preserves the meat for longer. It is strongly advised and always a good thing, to cook fresh meats at the time of purchase, to savor its freshness and taste.
