    Preparation and usage

    Wash Red Cherry Tomatoes under cool running water and pat dry. Toss it whole, cut in half or slice as desired in small wedges.     Use Red Cherry Tomatoes to do a tart by mounding them in a pastry shell and bake until the crust is browned. Do also a fresh or cooked salsa with it. Cook whole tomatoes in olive oil or butter until they pop, then use them to top crostini, as a sauce for halibut or served warm with garlic and squid. You can also do a gratin with it by baking them with bread cubes and herbs until the tomatoes are tender and the bread is crisp.
