To keep a bunch of Small Yellow Bananas fresh for longer, wrap the stems in some plastic wrap and put at room temperature for 1 to 2 days in a banana hangar to avoid bruising. For longer storage, place in the refrigerator before they are overripe.
Preparation and usage
Peel the skins in section from the Banana by breaking the tip back and pulling off the skin. Remove any white threads that remain on the flesh and slice as desired for any culinary preparation.
