Storage Condition

Remove Al Tayeb Low-Salt Cheese from grocery pack and place it in a plastic or glass container that‚ôs completely airtight to lock in moisture. Store at 35 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, at a high humidity level, preferably in the bottom of the fridge or the vegetable and fruit bin where it is coldest. Do not freeze cheese to retain its texture and flavor. When properly stored it can last within 6 days from purchase. Always take note of the best before label in the pack.
