1) Fry onion in cooking oil until golden brown. 2) Add chicken, then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of AJI-NO-MOTO over chicken and cook for 15 mins. 3) Add boiling water together with kabsa spices, tomato paste and black dry lemon onto chicken. Continue to cook for 45 mins. 4) Add salted rice and cook for 20 mins before turning to low heat for anther 15 mins. 5) Serve immediately while hot with garnishing
