Cooking Guidelines
Blend one cup of al alali Pancake Mix with one cup of milk and one egg. Beat to a smooth consistency. Grease the griddle and heat over medium temperature. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle to cook until surface becomes bubbly and edges start to dry. Turn the pancake and cook other side for one minute or until bottom is golden. To prepare crepes (thinner pancakes), add more milk (90 ml) for each cup of Pancake Mix.
