How to use
Store in air tight container after opening.
PREPARATION METHOD: STEP 1: To 1 cup of Eastern Dosa Podi, add 1-1/4 cup of water. For best result, add 1 cup of cooked rice. STEP 2: Mix well to make smooth, lump-free batter, keep aside for 10-12 hours. STEP 3: Add salt to taste. Make dosas on a hot tawa adding ghee/oil as required.
