Muhalabia: Boil 1 Liter Of Milk, Add Sugar To Taste, Mix 3 Tablespoons Of Safa Corn Flour With 25Ml Of Cold Milk Until Smooth, Pour The Mixture To The Boiled Milk And Stir, Add 1 Tablespoon Of Orange Blossom Water, Boil The Milk For 2-3 Minutes Stirring Constantly, Serve Hot Or Cold. Food For Babies: Boil 250Ml Of Milk, Add Sugar To Taste. Mix 3 Tablespoons Of Safa Corn Flour With 2 Tablespoons Of Cold Water Until Smooth, Pour The Mixture To The Boiled Milk And Stir. Boil The Milk For 2-3 Minutes Until Mix Becomes Creamy. Gravies And Sauces: Mix 1 Tablespoon Of Safa Corn Flour With 25Ml Of Cold Water Until Smooth. Gradually Add Mixture To Gravy Or Sauce Until It Is Completely Mixed.
