Preparation and usage
Scoop 3 cups of rice(for family of 4) into the rice basin. - Rinse silver swan rice just once. - Add water 3.6 cups(water 1.2 : rice 1)into the rice basin. 1 teaspoon of salt(optional). - After placing the rice basin in rice cooker and switching cooker on, do not lift lid or stir rice during cooking time, as the fragrance will diminish. - When rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and serve hot and fragrant. - For softer rice, put more water and simmer for a longer time. - For firmer rice, put less water and simmer for shorter time.
