Preparation and usage
scoop 3 cups of rice(for family of 4) into the rice basin. - rinse silver swan rice just once. - add water 3.6 cups(water 1.2: rice 1)into the rice basin. 1 teaspoon of salt(optional). - after placing the rice basin in rice cooker and switching cooker on, do not lift lid or stir rice during cooking time, as the fragrance will diminish. - when rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and serve hot and fragrant. - for softer rice, put more water and simmer for a longer time. - for firmer rice, put less water and simmer for shorter time.
