Spaghetti Allah Bolognese: 1 Royal spaghetti 450g, 1/4 kg ground beef sirloin, 20ml olive oil, 1 cup bacon, cut into thin strips, 1 tbsp. Minced garlic, 1/4 cup white onions, chopped finely, 1/2 cup carrots chopped finely, 1/4 cup celery chopped finely, 1/2 cup red wine optional, 1pc bay leaf, 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, 500g premium spaghetti sauce, 1 piece beef cube, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water diced tomatoes, undrained (196g), 1 cup granulated sugar, 2tbsp heavy cream, 3/4 cup salt and pepper to taste parmesan cheese, grated. <br/>Step 1: Cook royal spaghetti according to package direction. Drain and set aside. <br/> Step 2: In a large skillet, brown ground sirloin and discard extracted oil. <br/> Step 3: Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add bacon and cook until slightly brown. Add garlic, onions, carrots and celery considerably cook for 2 minutes. <br/> Step 4: Add browned beef and wine simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add bay leaf & Italian seasoning. <br/> Step 5: Blend in the dissolved beef cube, premium spaghetti sauce 500g, diced tomatoes and sugar. Stir well, simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. <br/> Step 6: Season to taste, remove bay leaf and stir in cream. <br/> Step 7: Serve with grated parmesan cheese
