Ingredients and Quantity: . Meat (Beef/Mutton) :1 Kg, Onion (Medium Size) : 16 pcs, Ginger Paste 2 Tablespoons, Garlic Paste 1, Edible Oil 13 Tablespoons (200ml), Salt as required, Water as required, Pran CURRY POWDER :7 Teaspoons (20gm) Cooking Procedure: Put the meat into medium pieces and wash properly. Heat oil in a vessel and fry Chopped onion in hot oil until being light brown. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, Pran CURRY POWDER, 1/2 cup water and fry it on a medium flame. When masala is thoroughly fried and oil separates from masala, add meat. Cook on high heat till meat pieces turn into brown. Pour sufficient water into it and cover the vessel. Cook till the meat becomes tender. Put of the vessel it becomes gravy and serve hot.
