How to use
Nirapara appam: Take 4 tablespoon of Nirapara appam powder. Mix it in a little water and boil till it becomes pulpy. Add one pinch of yeast and the milk of 1 coconut to nirapara appam powder. Add salt, water and the mixed portion, set aside earlier. Whisk it all in a mixie for one minute and keep it to rise (for about 10 hours). You can make tasty appams with this batter. Nirapara Idiyappam: Boil some water with necessary salt. Add this boiled water to nirapara Idiyappam powder, mix well and knead it till soft. Use this to make tasty Idiyappams.
