1. In 8 glasses of boiling water add hooves, half sliced onion. ginger, garlic and shan paya curry mix. Cook on low heat until the hooves are tender (4-6 hours). 2. Then heat the ghee and add the remaining half sliced onion. Fry untill golden. Add the yogurt and fry for few minutes then stir into the Paya Curry. 3. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
