1. In grounded dal add maida, sugar, meetha soda and some water. Mix to make a thick paste. Set aside for 15 minutes. 2. In hot oil fry thelentil dumpling/dahi baras until light golden. Remove from oil and set aside to cool. 3. Refry the lentil dumplings/Dahi Baras in hot oil until golden. Then remove from oil and set it aside to cool. 4. Soak the Dahi Baras in the water for a while. Then press lightly to squeeze out the water from the lentil dumpling. 5. Dissolve the suger in yogurt then add lentil dumplings/dahi baras
