    Pan Fried Chicken Breasts: Cut Each Breast Fillet Lengthways Through The Thickest Side And Butterly Open. Pound Lightly To Fltten The Breast To An Even Thickness. Rub Generously With Chicken Spice. Preheat A Heavy Based Fry-Pan Over High Heat. Add +- 3 T(45Ml) Canola Or Sunflower Oil. Pan-Fry Breasts Until Done. Serve With Chips And A Salador Top With Onion, Tomato And Lettuce And Serve In A Fresh Breadroll To Make A Chicken Burger
