How to use
Store in an airtight container after opening
Eastern chilli chicken: 1.Chicken 1kg, 2.Eggs 1no, 3.Cornflour 8tbsp, 4.Salt to taste, 5.Onion cut into cube 5no, 6.Capsiucum cut into cube 1/2no., 7.Green chili chopped 2nos, 8.ginger chopped 1 pc, 9.garlic chopped 6 flakes, 10.soya sauce 3 tbsp, 11. chilly sauce 1tbsp, 12.tomato sauce 4tbsp. Preparation method: Marinate the chicken with egg, 4 tbsp if corn flour, 1 tbsp soya sauce, salt and 3tbsp of eastern chili chicken masala. Keep it for 10-15 minutes. Deep dry in heated oil. Heat oil in a pan, saute ginger, garlic and green chili. Add 3 tbsp of chilly chicken masala and saute well. Add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, chilly sauce and tomato sauce to it. Add 750ml water. when gravy starts boiling, add fried chicken and cook for 5 minutes. mix corn flour in 100 ml of water and add. Saute onion and capsicum in little oil and pour. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from fire after gravy is thickened. Serve hot.
