    cooking Guidelines

    Chicken Pakora - Mix 200g boneless chicken cubes with 2 tbsp of Maida. 1 egg & salt to taste. Deep fry till golden brown & keep aside. Add Ching's secret Chicken Chilli Masala to 2 cup (400ml) of water & mix well. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan & stir fry 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot), 1 green chilli slit & Chicken Pakora for 2-3 min. Add masala mixture & stir well. Bring it to boil & simmer for 2-4 mins. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-5 min. Garnish with chopped spring onions & serve hot!
