Preparation and usage
Heat 3 Tablespoons Of Cooking Oil In a Popper Or Any Heavy Pan. Drop One Kernel In The Oil And Cover Pan. When Kernel Pops, Pour in 1/3 Cup Pop Corn (Or Enough To Cover Bottom Of Pan No More Than One Kernel Deep). Reduce Heat To Medium. Cover And Shake (Allowing Steam To Escape) Until Popping Stops. Empty Into Large Bowl And Add Melted Butter And Salt To Taste. Works In Hot-Air Popper too.
