Smaller, simpler game of the many naval & air battles surrounding the key & contested island of Guadalcanal in the Solomon between Aug-Nov 1942. The Japanese must deploy a strategy that allows an amphibious counter-invasion of Guadalcanal given their superiority in surface ships but equality in carrier strength. Fast playing & tense game.
