1) Fry onion in cooking oil until golden brown. <br/> 2) Add chicken, then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of AJI-NO-MOTO over chicken and cook for 15 mins.<br/> 3) Add boiling water together with kabsa spices, tomato paste and black dry lemon onto chicken. Continue to cook for 45 mins. <br/> 4) Add salted rice and cook for 20 mins before turning to low heat for anther 15 mins. <br/> 5) Serve immediately while hot with garnishing
