Storage Condition
Wrap Baladi Cheese in a waxed or parchment paper followed by a loose layer of aluminum foil to keep it in a balanced humidity where it will not trap a lot of moisture and not dry it out as well. Place it in the produce drawer of the fridge at an ideal storage temperature of between 35 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit. It is good to consume it immediately upon purchase or within 3 to 5 days of proper storage. Note the date of purchase on the container to keep track.
